In the event of a system, software, or hardware malfunction that affects a game's operation, jlj4 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant players' wallets. jlj4 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, force majeure events, and telecommunications disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. jlj4 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of jlj4, you agree to first contact jlj4's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
jlj4's operations are subject to oversight by PAGCOR, and players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution procedures.
jlj4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlj4 will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: a notification displayed upon login, an email to your registered address, or an SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number.
Amendments take effect from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the jlj4 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
